I believe this have to do with the personality of the person. An introvert will be an introvert, whether he is a virgin or not makes no difference.
All the while I always been a sociable person before I lost my virginity during my poly days.

I only know that humans that have sex often will release more 'pheromones' that will attract opposite sex. It's biological science anyway.
