Easy. CAT is the price to pay for the girl for a standard session. A Cat 50 girl costs $50, Cat 100 girl cost $100, etc.

Thai girls are Cat 50, and you pay $50 for a standard session of 25 mins. You can also opt for a longer session (40 mins) for $80. If you are a foreigner, you can only take the $80 session.

Thai girls are located at Lor 18 even house numbers ( ie, 14, 16, etc) except house 28, 30, and 44 (which are China girls), and also at some houses along Westerhout Road, Lor 8 and Lor 6. Just ask the OKT if its a Thai house. All Thai houses are fish-tank style.
