Running Motivation

Hi All,

Looking for a female runner to motivate me to run.
Training for IPPT.
Location to run can vary from ECP to McRitchie. (Anywhere also can)
Need to run <10 min for 2.4km.

Can think of 2 different types of motivation here:

1. Chase a chio bu, as mentioned by a bro above OR
2. Being chased by an 'ugly bu'...

Both serve the same purpose... To train for 2.4KM in less than 10mins...

You don't need a female to motivate you to run, it's all in the mind.

I guess what you are seeking is the hot sex after that

It's not about the hot sex thereafter...
But rather, I tend to run faster and last longer when running with a female partner...
If I run with a guy, tendency is for me to slow down for whatever reason...
Maybe it's an ego thingy...

LOL EPIC reason (excuse)!
haha bro its all about the mind... I was in TAF club for at least 10 years from pri to sec school... I finally got so tired of being a "Lao Jiao" (not LJ guys :P) and i finally pushed myself to really get out of it before i graduate from secondary school.
Even if your reason is real it just show that you are very good at chasing girls but you still won't overcome this barrier of yours if you continue to use it as an excuse! Good Luck in finding anyway! :P

"Are you sure?" asks the representative on the phone. "This is our most rigorous program." "Absolutely," he replies, "I haven't felt this good in years."

The next day there's a knock at the door; and when he opens it he finds a huge muscular guy standing there wearing nothing but pink running shoes and a sign around his neck that reads, "If I catch you, you are mine."

He lost 33 kilos that week.
