Honestly, everyone is different in one way or the other, but I can say that I'm humorous, friendly, likes to see people happy. I'm more of an extrovert, therefore socializing is important for me especially towards the opposite sex.

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS:

Benefit blood and liver; improve body strength and the immune system; tonify yin and benefit kidney.

INGREDIENTS: (2 to 3 servings)
1) Solomon's Seal (yu ju) 玉竹 - 30gm
2) Cordyceps Sinensis (dong chiung xia cao) 冬虫夏草 - 40gm
3) Pitted Red Dates 紅棗 - 10
4) Ginger - 2 slices
5) Black meat chicken 烏雞- one whole
(Half a chicken if 1 serving. If cannot finish in a day, please fridge it and finish it next day )

Simple Steps:
1. Wash chicken, cut into quarters, remove skin and fat (To avoid blowing your sat-fat budget) and put in boiling water to cook for a few minutes, remove and rinse.

2. Rinse herbs. Put all ingredients in a soup pot with 12 cups of water. Bring to a boil, remove foam and reduce heat to simmer for 3 hours to about 3 cups of soup.

3. Add salt to taste and eat some meat (Goes well with light soya sauce) with soup.

USAGE:
Suitable for the whole family
Not suitable when having cold or flu
Not suitable for siao cheong nao guys
