very hard cause u dont understand japanese. to do POV use a GoPro Hero3 attach to a headgear.

models will cost a bomb in japan so better u go Hong Kong or taiwan to do.

Distribution channel can be done on ur own website. Charge Credit card and do membership. Set up ur Site in America or etc so SG cannot sue you or jail u and etc.
