Smelly indian joints in boat quay

Anyine notice those indian joints poping up in boat quay. Pass by one and it sure stinks. Wonder why they have to put up the incense smell does it attract buddies?! I am not racist just stating as it is. No offence to indian local bros here but i see most of them patronise by indain ft only
