I dont think he works out of a fixed place because it's freelance basis. Most likely hotel room.

Wow. Where/Whom you learnt it from? Are you sure is professional masseur? I mean for the Yoni massage... Cause I paid mine about 10k+ for the course... which I took many years back though... And I believe price have gone up higher
