I was having sex then I felt different at my rod.when I pull out my rod,the condom was torn.what is the possibilities for getting HIV or any std's infection but I did not cum inside ?

If i recall correctly. the head of the penis is a permeable membrane, so if touch fluids then yes, theres a high chance if shes aldry infected.

If you did not cum, it reduces HER risk of being infected by you but it does not reduce the risk of YOU being infected by her.

Its better that you go for the standard Hiv/Std tests, since its already torn
means there is already a risk.

The first thing is not to panic,
DO NOT SHOWER IN HOT WATER and rub it raw, you can break the skin.
Take a cool shower, and just let the water wash away any body fluids, don't use Soap.Drink lots of water and pee as often as you can for the next 6 hours.
I said water not beer.
The risk factor is very small, and like a earlier poster said, leave off the sex for a few days and check for any smells, or redness in the genital area.
The lady will be as upset as you, she should also try to pee straight away, consume water and should not douche. When she showers she should cup water in her hand and very gently clean the area.

If you are still worried after a few days go to the doctors one wek later and then retest three months later.
All guys and Girls that are sexually active should have a three monthly to 6 monthly STI Test.
