Totally fake. We never ever see the dick hooked up to the weights. If it's real, there will surely be some pics floating around in google.

Got some people hanging weights from their penis to make it longer, but definitely the weights are Not nearly as heavy as that in the video.

I have the same doubts too.

Probably just tied around their waist... some kind of marketing gimmick for the club in PRC where bo-liao people join for social gathering and the leader started this stunt to tease the public.
