Hmmm, normally below 18years old. Cannot use IC. The best way which most of the teenage did is. Do it public. Staircase, playground or just go those field or garden. But if possible, let us know where and when so we can go see see look look mah.

under 18 just go carrefour, buy a 4 man tent, go to the beach, pitch it up and do a quickie before the park rangers come. i think you can even apply for a permit to pitch your tent.
