Looking for FL or HC in KL or around KL Sentral

I am currently in KL for 5 days before I head to Singapore. I am wondering if there are any free lancers or health clubs around that I can try which are close to KL sentral. I can always wait till I get to singapore but feeling itchy since I landed today hehehe
