Blood test for foreign fl for entry into sg

bros, jsut wondering, is there any rules tat g foreign fl like the prc or pinays to produce their medical cert regarding to hiv status before they enter singapore or take a blood test before they enter singapore, so as to minimise the rise of locals contracting hiv from these foreign fl ??

Errrr hello??? U said liao FL.. freelancers... Means non govt, non registered, non legal.... so how on earth govt going to know who is FL to make them go check up??

And is FL going to declare at customs? Im on student visa but actually Im going to be FL... so do I need to go for medical check?

Basically all FLs are risky as they might be carrying something. End of day it is up to OKT if he is responsible enough to make sure his goods are safe. But the safest is to PCC.... seriously once u visit a sex worker or fling around. U are at risk.

if these foreigners are applying for long-term visit pass or PR or work permit pass,than they have to take the HIV test.

they come in as tourists. they do not take any STI or HIV test.

wat abt those local fl or even those local ons gals available o/s.
if the gal is a whore,it doesn't imply tat she would definitely get std.
likewise if the gal is a local & not a whore,it also doesn't imply tat she would definitely not get std.
some ppl eat fish balls also k get choke.

well as one bro said, FL means they are unregulated free lancers, they would not need anything else to enter the country as they enter as tourists/students. Imagine imigration officials asking a old lady for a blood sample before allowing entry. moreover, these blood test takes abt a week before the results are avaliable.

Prior to my previous post on HIV test.
As all of us know HIV have a window period of 1-3 months.
Those got tested before the window period with HIV "negative" status,
does not means she is HIV free.To minimise risk, all you can do is to chiong with protection.There is no such things as no risk even test is conducts on the spot.
