I don’t like what I read in recent 3 threads created by sammy users here. They published the personal details of Singaporeans over petty accusations from freelancing whores.

What they published – Their personal names, their company names & addresses, handphone nos, NRIC No, Car Plate No, Home address, Photos etc etc that violated the privacy of these Singaporeans and potentially cause much harm to these Singaporeans and their families.

Some have even lost their present jobs because of such information being revealed in the Internet.

Worse, they demanded exorbitant fees from victims to compensate these whores and threatened with punishment such as beating the men up, damaging their cars or even visiting them at home to harass their families, should these victims do not meet their “terms and conditions”

I do not see the fuss on what these bullies are angry with and cannot stand them bullying Singaporeans over Chinese whores. These whores are already working illegally through freelancing and hence potentially transmitting HIV and STDs diseases in Singapore. On top of that, they have conned many Singaporean men of their lifesaving monies as well as CPF.

What do these whores deserved to get over USD $1000 when what they claimed to lose just SGD $80-100? Come on, by spreading their legs apart over 10-20 minutes, they will already be getting back $100-200.

On top of this, these could be just an one-sided story from whores ! So you guys still try to act hero by demanding 10 times the compensation ?

You guys keep talking about karma. Now, here is your karma and below will be what you’ll get for bullying Singaporeans over Chinese whores.

(1) I’ve been refraining from commenting earlier in those threads because I wanted to wait for everyone to “contribute” to these threads so that I can have the full evidence. For your information, I’ve saved every single web pages of those threads and as an added “safety”, I’ve captured them in gif images so that you guys cannot deny in the future. You can edit or delete your previous postings now but it’s too late, hahaha, you cannot edit the gif images captured in my macbook.

(2) You guys keep talking as if you’re some super intelligent men from CSI or Sherlock Homes. Fact is, me too ! I’m in the processing of analyzing every IP address of each postings I’ve saved and from time to time, I’ll forward them to Police for their investigation on your threats.

(3) Many of you are bullying Singaporeans over whores are due to the fact you're are living off as pimps. I've gathered some information of you guys and even if you have multiple accounts, I’ve managed to track each of your nicks using your IP addresses

I’ve also compiled a list of the whores that work under you and their information – names and handphone will be forwarded to Police together with your IP address and account nos.

For your information, soliciting of commercial sex is illegal in Singapore.

(4) What do I intend to do on findings in (2) and (3) ? You guys keeping talking about threatening people to expose them to either Police, STOMP, AsiaOne, SingMing, WanBao etc etc. Ok, thanks for reminding that, I’ll melt out the same karma to you. You guys should have a taste of your medicine too !

(5) For a start, for those who are threatening the victims or working as pimps, over the next few months, I’ll slowly but progressively submit my findings to Police, STOMP, SingMing etc etc. I’ve found a list of email addresses from Singapore Police website – Singapore Police Force. What I’ll do is, over a period of 1 month, I’ll send out emails to each of these divisions every 2-3 days.

(6) Why I want to do this ? Because I’m afraid if I send only 1 email, that email could be lost ! In addition, from what I read in newspapers, sometimes, some policemen may accept either bribes or free sex from these whores. They may not want to investigate even they receive my emails. So by emailing to every department, the hit rate of success would be guaranteed. In addition, when they received multiple complaints over same people, they will have to open a new case file for investigation.

So get ready for your file to be created !

(7) I’ll wait for 2-3 months for the Police to carry out their investigation. After that, I’ll carry out the next step. You guys talked about STOMP, SingMing etc. I’ll send the information to STOMP and if they do not publish, I’ll send to SingMing. If they still do not publish, I’ll continue to send to MYP, WanBao, AsiaOne etc until one of them published. This may take another 2-3 months, but never mind, I’m patient enough to entertain you all.

(8) Besides reporting to Police for your pimping acts, I’ll also inform the Singapore Women’s Charter society for you guys living off on women. I’ve managed to retrieve their email address using Google. I’ll also inform the female Members of Parliament for your acts, using their email addresses published on their web sites or face book.

(9) Many of you tap on your friends working in Singtel, M1, Starhub etc or in fact, some of you could be working here (based on the list of IP addresses I’ve managed to track) to retrieve customers addresses based on either IP addresses or handphone nos. You’re breaking the law here on data privacy. Once I’ve completed my list of IP addresses analysis, I’ll forward them to Singtel, M1 and Starhub for them to carry out internal audit check on their staff for wrongfully revealing customer home addresses and personal particulars.

(10) Of yes, since you folks are fond of these Chinese whores and acting hero for them, let me see how you're going to protect them when I'll be handling their handphones to Police as well.

After reading all these, I bet you guys must still be thinking that I must be lying and only you guys are capable of doing CSI and Sherlock Homes kind of detective work.

So far, based on my preliminary analysis of all your IP addresses, I would like to think the nick "fxxkcaveat", "hcbjking", "msn_of_rtg" , "hcbj" etc all belong to the same person as they have the same IP address

Public to Give Information of Certain Matters

Section 22 of Criminal Procedure Code, Chapter 68 – (1) Every person aware —

(a) of the commission of or the intention of any other person to commit any seizable offence punishable under Chapters VI, VII, VIII (except section 267B), XII and XVI of the Penal Code or under any of the following sections of the Penal Code:

161, 162, 163, 164, 170, 171, 211, 212, 216, 216A, 226, 270, 281, 285, 286, 382, 384, 385, 386, 387, 388, 389, 392, 393, 394, 395, 396, 397, 399, 400, 401, 402, 430A, 435, 436, 437, 438, 440, 449, 450, 451, 452, 453, 454, 455, 456, 457, 458, 459, 460, 489A, 489B, 489C, 489D and 506; or Cap. 224.

(b) of any sudden or unnatural death or death by violence or of any death under suspicious circumstances or of the body of any person being found dead without its being known how that person came by death,

shall, in the absence of reasonable excuse, the burden of proving which shall lie upon the person so aware, forthwith give information to the officer in charge of the nearest police station or to a police officer of the commission or intention or of the sudden, unnatural or violent death or death under suspicious circumstances or of the finding of the dead body, as the case may be.

Information of Offences

Section 115 of Criminal Procedure Code, Chapter 68 – (1) When information is received at a police station relating to the commission of an offence, being an offence of which it appears that no previous information has been received in the station, the officer in charge of the police station or any police officer whose duty it is to receive reports shall proceed according to one of the following subsections.

(2) If the information is in writing, he shall forthwith mark on it the date and time of receipt, and, if practicable, the name and address of the person (other than a postal messenger) by whom it was delivered, and if it purports to be signed by the informant, he shall file it as a report.

(3) If the information is given orally and he considers it practicable to reduce it to writing forthwith, he shall record or cause to be recorded in a book kept for this purpose a report containing the name and address of the informant, the date and time of his arrival at the station, the substance of the information and such other particulars as the nature of the case may require, and the report shall be signed by the informant, by the recording officer, and by the interpreter, if any.

(4) If the information is given orally and it appears to him impracticable to proceed forthwith under subsection (3) he shall immediately make a note of first information in the station diary, and if the offence is seizable as soon thereafter as circumstances permit, a fuller statement by the informant shall be recorded under section 121.

(5) For the purposes of this section, the office of any branch or sub-branch of the Criminal Investigation Department or the Radio Division of the Singapore Police Force shall deemed to be a police station.

Investigation in Seizable Cases

Section 118 of Criminal Procedure Code, Chapter 68– (1) Any police officer may, without the order of the Public Prosecutor, exercise all or any of the special powers relating to police investigations given by sections 120, 121, 125 and 126 in any seizable case.

(2) No proceeding of a police officer in any such case shall at any stage be called in question on the ground that the case was one in which that officer was not empowered under this section to exercise the special powers of police investigations given by sections 120, 121, 125 and 126.

Based on the above, any one of us here can report your act to Police for their investigation. Without the victims, we can still act as the complainants and provide credible evidences to the Police. Getting media involvement is only to put Ho/you in utter shame.

Disorderly or Indecent Behaviour by Prostitutes

Section 26 of Chapter 184 (Miscellaneous Offences Act) – Every common prostitute wandering in any public road or place of public resort and behaving in a disorderly or indecent manner shall be deemed to be an idle and disorderly person within the meaning of this Part and shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month.

However, most of the prostitutes arrested are referred to the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority for necessary repatriation instead of being trial in Court for the above Section. Why? Because it is not permissible and practical. Hence, the Immigration Act came in handy. Base on Section 8(e) of Immigration Act, a prostitute is usually repatriated based upon Section 31 of the Immigration Act, Chapter 133.

Section 8(e) of Immigration Act, Chapter 133– Any prostitute or any person who is living on or receiving or who, prior to entering Singapore, lived on or received the proceeds of prostitution.

Section 31 of Immigration Act, Chapter 133 – Removal of Prohibited Immigrants.

Compared to Ho’s act for Impersonating as a Public Servant thereby committing an act of Robbery versus Immigration Act where the prostitutes are often repatriated without being charged in Court, I would suggest for the majority in this forum to go forth with the Criminal Procedure Code and bring the Police to your doorstep.
