A Parable to Understanding WL......

I have been musing over the issues of relationships with WL and FL and have had some heart-breaking confusion with some of the gals myself. I just could not fully understand the way they think, even after reading through some of the really good advice in this forum.

This is my personal parable and analogy to understanding them from a male's perspective. Please understand that I mean no harm or personal attacks on any bros. Please read and hopefully see things from a different angle....

The financial crisis has finally hit you. As you leave the HR office with your termination letter, you wonder what your next plans will be. You are still single but have a steady girlfriend with marriage plans and upcoming condo unit by the following year. How are you going to handle all these expenses?

As you worry and ponder, there is a quick tap on your shoulder. It is the Office Pest, an annoying gay that previously you would prefer not to have dealings with. This time, you have no choice; you ask him for "lobangs". Surprisingly, the Pest is sympathetic and gives some advice; there are still good jobs available within a neighboring country with a stronger exchange rates. The catch? You need to sacrifice your male pride. You laugh and walk away.

Weeks later and still without a job, you seriously ponder upon the Pest's suggestion. Your savings and severance package can only hold so far and your girlfriend is still in the dark. Finally, you decide and take the offer. You inform no one about your decision, instead telling girlfriend, friends, relatives and family you are being posted for an overseas assignment. You promise yourself, 6 months, earn enough and out you go.

After much arrangements and dealings with the Pest, you finally end up in your new job-place in the neighboring country. It's a cushy country club with great facilities. And your job? As a masseur for.......men.

At first, you are worried and think of all the digusting things that you would have to do to earn your keep. But the days, weeks and months go by and you end up surprised. The "clients" who visit you, are mostly either really attractively effeminate or even, "pretty" lady-boys. And the service required? You are even more surprised;they are the ones begging to give you BJs, HJs and you end up doing the anals instead of the other way around....WOW!!! And they seem to be really enjoying this arrangement and you get well-paid with fat tips too!!! It is a real eye-opener for you.

Time flies and you quickly build up your money nest. It is big and comfortable and way beyond what you would have earned back home. In hindsight, you are really surprised at the ease of what you have to do to earn your money. At certain times, it even turns out to be ............. enjoyable? (here you shudder). Some of the "clients" even begin to like you and ask you out for kopi, meals and even gifts. Of course you reject them all; you feel a need to keep your "professional" persona seperated from your private life. After all, business is business.

In 6 months, you find you have enough cash and decide to call it quits. You announce your decision and most of your "clients" express dismay and regrets. You thank them personally for their kind "support", pack up and return home, a wealthy person.

With your wealth, you marry your girlfriend, pay up for your condo fully in cash and even have spare cash to run a simple business. Nobody knows what or how you earn your cash; you are discreet and refuse to talk about it. What is past is past and the present is the most important thing for you now..............

Can any bro here stand firm that they have the SOLUTION to it all when the gals we are dealing with are ever so different?? Please PM me your firm confirmation that you have the solution.

Now, along the way, you meet some real nice customers. Normally you would work 7days a week with the occasional day off. So, you dun mind going out for makan with one of the customer you like. Also go visiting some of the cool places like a tourist. Otherwise, it is so darn lonely just work and work and work.

So, it gradually develop from customer to a GF/BF relationship. You would consider it as a temporary relationship la. And you realise that folks here are pretty generous in terms of gifts. Or, it could just be having some fun times outside the job, away from the job.

Yah, the story can continue on and on, twisted and changed according to one's personal experience of WL and being KCed. I just hope it makes sense and impact when one can actually imagine, feel and relate to the WL KC situation from a male's understanding and perspective.

And as bro ekemono says, all is up to oneself. I have already honestly admitted to myself I personally like being KCed cos it really gives me the thrill and spice during the sessions. Well, too bad for me; I just have to be more wary and careful and that is why I came up with the fictional story; to remind myself of the actual situation..... hahahahaha

Yes you are absolutely right bro!! No 2 gals are the same and the methods they use will also thus, be different.

If all day long bros are afraid of being KC-ed? well, isn't it more simple and cheap to stay at home and watch Discovery Channel than trying to learn all the tricks and getting burnt in the process?

Once I met a FL I really like and we hit it off from the 1st time we met... I almost end up like a psychiatrist to her, giving her a listening ear whenever she needed to let go - really 1 whole list of bad stuff from back home... Right from the start, she already spelt out what she expected from our relationship - no chance to go further other than a part-time gf and FB. When the time comes, she'll return home, not because she still loved her husband but because she did not want her children to be without a father.

It was a very memorable period in my life and through her, I understood and gained much more in my personal development. I was not particularly generous with her, but helped out whenever and wherever I can. She appreciated it a great deal and it made her life here easier to deal with. She reciprocated in whatever ways she can.

As for why they still prefer their own local men? Bro Ekemono has pointed out 1 of the reasons. They prefer their own men also because they are so used to them. For example, Northern girls find their men more direct and will not 拐弯抹角 like so many of our men here. But you'd be surprised quite a number of them like our men here because we have 内涵, especially the older ones which they find lacking in their men. Bwahahaha?!?!

But all in all, I'd only want to say that 99 out of 100 (maybe 999 out of 1000? ) FLs/WLs will be here for the $$$, not for anything else. That rare 1 is the exception, and I was lucky to have met her... You people out there may also have met 1 some time in your cheonging life. We're still in touch... and I'm glad she's doing fine.

not that we SG guys are lousy. but rather it is the law and society that runs our country made us this way.
We are not wrong basically, we are taught to protect ourselves from young, but the differences is to what degree and how it was done.

We can still get along with other nationality gals. But we have heard so many sad stories of imported gals cheating on SG guys that at our sub concious we drew up a defence against them. It has its pros and cons, and the result is a cumilative of our responses.

So that can be said true for SG gals too.., though I still can't understand their willingness to spend good money on fashion magazines that corrupts their mind. Other than that, I tot SG gals too made good partners for life, some of them.

KC can be both way but SG guys mostly on the loosing end vs WLs

in the game maybe a few things easier said than done :
1) be mindful of your financial limit; learn to say NO (to constant barging for gifts...)
2) go for the feelings but mindful of the other party (try the I'm broke, i need to borrow money theory...)
3) make an EXit no matter how painful it is when the time come to part ways due to watever reasons
4) in the meantime, relax n njoy the WLs company which to me is definitely more invigorating due to their youth

I'd think that the sob stories involving samsters who felt and are cheated can be found not just here but in many other countries. The stories are all so familiar. And the percentage of these "cheating" cases are actually very low. It's just that this place is so small and so, occurrence of these cases become magnified, as if they are so commonplace.

As for trash magazines, it is an American culture. Anyone who has been to the US, UK and Aus often enough would know that these are available in abundance at all check-out counters in supermarkets, pharmacies, newsstands, bookshops and what have you, along with a huge assortment of porn and girlie mags, blah-blah-blah... So it's not a peculiar feature of our market here. But you are right, they are just trash!

I have to say that Sg girls are still much better than HK girls. I've seen my share of HK girls and... I give up. Give me a Sg girl anytime! Bwahahahahahahahaha!!!

Actually, samsters just have to learn how to flirt. The PRC MMs are very adept at it as they do it all the time back home. It is in the end, all just a game, as you aptly put it. If you want to fall for their sms-sweet-nothings (which can be very potent - read at your own risk!!! ), you have only yourself to blame...

1 Just playing with some spare cash is the right thing to do. But to try to show off is a dangerous game. I always act poor in front of them - no point in trying to brag and show off. So, always never kenna chop la.

2 No matter what, whether it is pay as you bonk or they give you FB, there will always be some money involved, directly or indirectly. So, it is always more or less a transaction, you like it or not. They invest their time and effort on you, and you shower them with gift, etc.
