How to suppress our needs while in prison?

in prison the inmates know hw to improvise..every week there will be a day whereby we have some hot water which we will put in plastic bag.....thats when they masturbate....and took turns to recycle the bag somemore... =)

i thk tis may b a sensitive topic n there's not much value in discussion cos d answers r pretty obvious. u dun expect d inmates to get an excursion to GL or for hookers to visit d prison once in awhile uh?
