Normally prc service level are not as gd as malaysian chinese. So i think better ask the recept their nationality before u pay the entry fee.

I spotted this place during lunch while I was searching other joints at Tanjong Pagar.

So I decided to try.

Overall ambience is not that good (6/10) - I am quite choosy so guys, you can have different opinion
