Very Difficult To Get Information Here....AND HEALTH CENTERS SHOCKER
I have been trying to get a fuck at RSE but no brothers here sms me contacts.

under the law, if the gal is holding a work permit or employment pass to work at the massage palour here...
she will need to do HIV test once every renewal of the permit similar for all foreign workers...

hehehe...u are not supposed to be fucking at these places, period. Legally, the gals working there are masseuses and not working gals working in a legally designated red light district. Hence, the health check does not even come into question...
So if you fuck someone at the HC or massage parlour, it is at your own risk just like fucking FLs. I am quite surprised that the TS is so shocked to know this....cheers..

Health Check does not guarantee safety. The WL could be certified clean today but immediately after that she could have received a client with STD or HIV and the next brudder who patronise her will be the baton receiver.

Just to put things in perspective, even my filipino maid needs to submit herself for HIV test every six months, in order to keep her work permit.
I will be surprised if the requirements for massuers on work permits here, working in that kind of environment mind you, should be any different. MOM and MOH may appear stupid, but they are not THAT stupid. Anyway, there is a long window period for HIV to develop, so long before the tests show up anything positive, the WL would hv transmitted the virus to hundreds of us  Do not for a second, think that the HC gals are any safer than any other WL in this world.
