Went to NPK 3 times this trip.

1st time was to 81 NPK, the OKT was quite enthusiastic so I took a chance. Went in, only one girl seemed interested enough to call out to me while the rest slowly got up from their phones.

Nguyen Phi Khanh. It's a street known for hot tocs parlors. No lobang and contacts it was my first time there as well too.

Go in, choose the one you like, if none go to the next one. Standard rate 400k pay to the mamasan when exiting. Anything more pay to the girl directly.

Ps. Try to pay 400k exact, I heard accounts of mamasan not returning the balance and persuade you to give as "tips".

Got quite a few PMs about this, so posting this here for general info.

It's the entire stretch along "Đ. Nguyễn Phi Khanh Phường Tân Định, Quận 1, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam" (search in Google Maps). Small side street, there is a major cafe on either end of the street. It's a short grab ride from the centre of D1 - just Grab directly to the house of your choice. I went to 81 Đ. Nguyễn Phi Khanh but you could also try some others.

Procedures:
Very simple and nothing to be intimidated about, they are friendly. Once you alight, the guy will welcome you in. Girls will stand up and you can choose who you like (recommend picking the one who smiles at you to possibly enjoy better service? Else just pick a pretty one).

Once you select, she will lead you up the stairs to a small room. The next room is separated by a wall that doesn't extend to the ceiling, so you could probably hear stuff if there's someone there Just take out your clothes and hang at the wall. No bathing facilities here so try to come pre-showered, but she'll still wipe you down a bit with wet wipes, mainly the privates only.

Room is basic and has an inclined chair with a basin for washing your hair like those in salons (frankly not going to be used at all )

Service to be honest, might be hit or miss depending on who you get, if I'm not wrong most of them will be quite SOP, meaning they'll lick you and get you hard. Some might do CIM, some might just do BJ then HJ you off.
I was lucky to get one that gave a lot of GFE and even allowed FJ (not all do, maybe this house 81 does..?)

Price is cheap - 400k VND (~S$21?) for a BJ, and max 1 mil VND for FJ (I just gave that without talking price beforehand, you could probably try to give less like 800K VND if you are so inclined).
They won't even ask you the price, you can just confidently pay 400K at the end of the BJ. They might ask for a small tip, just give max 100K VND. Generally they are not time watchers so if you can sustain BJ for 30 mins... good for you. For my session I took about 40 mins including all the foreplay etc, it would depend on chemistry.

This stretch probably not the best place in town to have fun but if you want to sneak out for a quick release without much fuss or $ burnt (seriously, S$20??), I think it's ideal

just asking for an opinion

i decided to venture into those lady bars behind Saigon Centre on Saturday night alone (can't remember the bar's name but it was at the junction of Atmos & Phatty's)

had 1 pretty SYT who spoke real good english and spent like 3~4hours with her in the bar. i was shocked that i almost ended up S$700 bill

i had like 3~4 shots of drink and a couple of balloons and i bought the girl like 2~3rounds of shots (if i remember correctly it's like 10~12 shots per round)

now, my question is...was i overcharged? (i am not complaining about being overcharged because i truly enjoy chatting with the SYT but a S$700 bill for 3~4hours seems kindda steep for me)

next would be, when i asked the girl to join me further she apparently rejected me and said that she just accompany customers for drinks and no more even when i offered her like USD300, does this mean that those lady bars girls are not "tah-pao-able"?

can any seniors please comment

1. S$700 for what you quoted, i think its around there. I'm assuming its 10 USD per shot x 12 shots per round x 3 rounds = 360 USD. And 10 USD per drink, per balloon = 60 USD. Add in taxes maybe 20%? Convert to SGD.

2. 90% of the girls in such bars do not got for tabao. Of the 10% that do, most are older girls and you must be very handsome (most probably white too).

That area is quite expensive. That said, you were slightly overcharged. Based on your number, if correct, generally about 500SGD. Plus some tips to the girl. It's possible to tabao, you have to be smooth enough and know some Viet. But not really worth the price generally. No need to be white. More than likely you get nothing if you're white. You have better chance looking Korean.

There were many feedbacks in FB on those illicit bars around Pasteur road...you are charged S$700 which is around 13 mil dong...this sounds correct becos some were charged around 10 to 20 mil for a few drinks...

Those gals who accompany you to drink will never go with you for sex...there had seen enough men who bough gifts or cash for them...the gals will play hard to catch...knowing you are foreigner with no return date then why they want to go with you....unless the price is right which maybe around 30 mil to 50 mil per shot....some guys willing to pay these prices...

There was news that a Sinkie guy paid US3k to bonk a model in Ho Tram...was raided and caught in the act...

He didn't mentioned what exact qty for the "couple of balloons". But if 60 usd per balloon, thats crazy. even hcm ktvs do not charge that much for a single balloon... probably 350k vnd/ea iirc?

with that being said, you probably might score better if you head to bars in/near japan town.... at least the chance to "ta bao" is higher imo for the same amount (if not lesser) spent. cheers~

i just assumed "a couple", which is like 2 and at 10 usd each before taxes.

spending $700 is very normal at Pasteur Bar, I and friend 1-2 times drinking there until 20 mils Dong pernight,of coz we played so crazy sucked all our table girls nene and suck their tongue like the Jap movie...haha

Regular goer to HCM here...but only now start to comment. After what I read the last few pages...this is definitely their foreigner tax.

It is so different when they recognise you as non-vietnamese for everything here. Like buying fresh crabs recently. My girl and her sister buys, several kg for under $50sgd. When I follow my girl buy, same weight and not fresh crab even from the same seller the next day, become $130 sgd. All because I look foreigner. I didn't even say a word. This holds true to everything else in the last few years of my visits there.

If you can connect with a local there and arrange the outing for you there, it is going to be much cheaper for sure.

Anyway reading all the posts...I thought of a business idea haha. Obviously want to keep costs low for fellow sg bros and still be fair to the local HCM girls. What are the prices you all looking to spend on pretty, young girls? I could probably look into setting up a system at no middleman cost.
