So TS r u offering 3k or 4k? If u can offer 4k why put range? Its like when i apply for a job which states 6-8k and after the interview they say ok we will b offering u $6.5k... i was like wtf.. its 1.5k diff leh. No offence but i dont understand the need to state the highest n offer another type of idea.

P.S. or u can also choose to offer $3k n state that u might offer more if she is what u like . our SBF FT expat says its good to use
