Used to be that when you visit LOS nitespots you have to surrender firearms to keep in lockers & the bouncers will pat you down. Still recall the sign at entrance of Hard Rock Cafe as such "Love All Serve All No Drugs No Guns No Nuclear Weapons". Maybe now no more discos shootings by sons of powerful men so they did away with it
