Hi bros, It hasn't been like this, but recently kkb seems not very obedient. My past jg master rtc, and being skeptical of not having your regular, since then have not find a new one for years. Anyone tried any legit jg master to intro, or have to resort to pills?

The number 1 question to ask : your age.
If you are 45 and above, chances of ED (Erectile Dysfunction) and PE (Premature Ejaculation) is much higher.

Some ways to take care of your rod (not exhaustive) :
* Regular JG maintenance : there are already plenty of JG masters that have been shared in the forum, so take your pick. Remember that improvement from JG will only happen after a period of time, and you need to be patient. I have my own list of JG masters that I visit.
* Abstain from DIY : your pursuit of "happiness" tend to result in short lived erection before release, and you will not be able to perform or to last during actual battle
* Proper food intake : take nutritious and balanced food types
* Supplement intake : you should definitely consider Zinc tablets
* Practicing of Kegel Exercise : exercise the same set of muscles that you use to temporarily stop the floor of urine. Go Google YouTube and other websites for more info
* Regular exercise : start brisk walking (need not run) and other forms of exercise, to increase testosterone levels, do not sit for prolonged periods of time
* Apparel : avoid wearing tight pants/jeans, consider wearing boxers at night (no underwear) and air your rod + balls
* Habits to stop : smoking, drinking

Do not go for pills - it may give you temporary relief, but damages your body in a big way.

Finally, manage your expectations. Things may not longer be the same as you age, but you can certainly continue to enjoy quality boom boom with reasonable hardness and duration, for many years.
I am in my mid 50s, and I am fortunate to be able to continue having quality Super Happy experiences.
