All things equal (i.e. identical twin that differrs only in skin tone, lol), yes, I do prefer the fairer one. So, I would say it's a good-to-have, but not need-to-have.

Need-to-have:
- pretty face
- not fat
- DFK
- natural (or at least not-too-fake) boobs

Good-to-have:
- fair skin
- tall, long legs, hourglass figure
- C+ soft but firm boobs

In Singapore, most of the punters are Asians, mainly Chinese with the occasional Malays and local Indians

and it's no secret that the preference of the Chinese punters are fair-skinned WLs. The older Chinese punters prefer oriental "Nv Ren Wei" type of WLs either the "concubine period drama looking" PRC WLs or the "homey" looking Malaysian-Chinese WLs

The preference of the Malays and Local Indian punters are pretty much the same as the Chinese bros

But if you look at Thailand, like Soi Six and Soi Cowboys those types of places where the punters are mostly AMDKs, then their preference is mostly Dark Skin "Maid looking" gals.
