I went down to 1606 yesterday specifically asking for Rong Rong but ah yap said there is no such person in his house. Only a tian tian. Is this the right house?

Because the past was so much better than the present and even the future at this current rate

Well, unless somehow 1606 changes course and finally bring in Euro WLs from Russia and Ukraine, and also Uzbek, Kazakh, and even Mongolian WLs for good measure

Then I will certainly be spending many of my waking hours in 1606, wallet bleeding heavily, and I will finally be able to forget Jia Yi and Rong Rong lol

As it is now..... Euro WLs & Jap FLs prefer to go HK as their 1st choice. SG has a smelly reputation amongst those in the industry and only the desperadoes will want to venture to SGP.
Even here in Mudland, many of the FLs that has worked in SG refuse to go back there and prefer the stables / spas in JB..... servicing the same clientele from SG who dun mind crossing the border for their fun.

And I oso understand from those in the industry that only ladies from those countries that has an MOU with the Singkie gahmen are able to work in their legal brothels...eg Geylang.

I doubt Japan or any European countries will want to sign an MOU in this aspect.
