I cant recommend any for now. Too long never go to my previous ipl not sure any changes. Since for maintaining i just go randomly now which is cheap. But last i when is called dbeauty which is not bad will go again. Price is reasonable also.
i second this, when doing it for the first time, you need to consistently go for at least 6months (once every 4 weeks if possible) this helps to reduce the hair folicies from growing constantly. after that every 2-3 months go for maintenance. the results vary from person to person so the above guidelines are just a rule of thumb.

Oil after waxing is a big no. Waxing will open your pores and oil will clog it. Nowadays too many anyhow. Some MP offer waxing but double dip their wax compromising on the hygiene. Some MP also just simply Taobao buy a IPL machine and offer services without their staff being properly trained to use it.

Yes, also they will recommend no shower or swimming pool for few hours for best result.
