No. Room rental usually is no guest allowed in the tenancy agreement. Furthermore the landlord are staying in the flat. At $500, this is just a rental of a small room. Some is rental of shared room at this price.
If want to rent some place where you can sleep over anytime with the ML/FL, you got to look at whole unit rental or maybe condo room rental without landlord staying. Such rental will set you back $1800 to $3000 per month. Not worth paying

From my personal experience with the ML from Cat1 spa whom I have a complicated relationship. Initially is all about happy enjoyable flirting gfe/bfe conversation between us during the session, flirtatious suggestion of greater service in next visit. Small gesture of bubble tea or banh mi is always accepted happily. As if it is still part of her work to make the customer feel appreciated and to visit more.
As our relationship develops more into the next stage, it become a more serious conversion and mostly is about her 90% of the time. i.e. her problem, her logistical needs, her issues with colleagues and bad customers, etc. When trying to flirt, she will say it is nonsense. When buying bubble tea or snacks for her, its a waste of money as she prefer other drinks/food. This is definitely not a better treatment in terms of service.

3) you need to be financially sound, earning way above $3K (for successful LTVP and PR application)
4) you must be financially sound to support her, her family and relative after
5) most importantly, she must be willing to forgo her high income (above $10K) and high living standard to live a normal life and have family with you.
6) you need to sustain the relationship (how? -> $$$)

Its takes too much committment in terms of time, money and emotions to do this. Money to satisfy the ML/FL and emotions to accept she is serving other customers too. Why need to go thru this kind of sufferings?
3k is not the bare minmum to enter this game, i would think around 10 to 15k a mth of income is required. Then u be stress to keep wanting to earn much more in case a richer robert comes along and play the game.
I doubt these ladies lead a high income life in china. They also know this kind of income is short term and wont last ad they age. Most of them are either jobless, come from countyside or just earning 5k rmb (1000 sgd) per mth or below. Things are not rosy as they painted and china economy is definitely not doing good for the common ppl. But girls from countryside are definitely more willing to serve and appears more real to me then those from the big cities.
