Local Bangkok KTV - Anyone spots to recommend?

This post brought back memories of my similar experience about 20 years ago although it was not a KTV but an underground casino. We were on a 10 day Pattaya/BKK/Chiangmai tour and the tour guide brought us to this casino while we were in BKK. After the river cruise dinner.... we disembark at a pier and hop onto a river taxi which brought us into the smaller canals. About 20 mins later and past several piers we came to stop at this pier. The top half of the pier was for passengers and the lower part of the pier was for loading/unloading of goods.
Along the side of the pier were several warehouses and our guide led us to a warehouse about 100 m from the pier.
On the ground floor were goods packed on pallets but when we went up the stairs.... the upper level had been converted into a casino.... and the upper level was linked to the other warehouses so the casino actually covered 4 or 5 warehouses....

will be difficult for a person like me. i cannot recall the route in the unfamiliar place lol

think its not too hard.
dont need to recall everything. just need unique stuffs. like on the route there did you see any unique structures? (a very tall building? general shape of structures there?) any unique landmarks? road name you came across? even petrol station brand / 7-11 is a good hint as well. Bus stop names, or even bus number / other transports like boat. Came across any police station / fire station / hopsitals? These are not common landmarks and very easy to narrow down. You cant find many hospitals clustered within a small radius so its easy to narrow down. Usually people will tend to remember unique things more than common stuffs.
of course most of these largely depend on when it took place. the more recent the better.

yes even traffic condition (preferably with time of the day observed) is a hint.
estimated time it took walking from last known point to destination? etc

It was oredi night when we took the river ride so couldn't see much but I recognised Klongtan pier as I had been there before (to visit Biwa Massage) and the Ramkhamhaeng pier (coz the boatman annouced the location)..... it was another 8-10 mins ride down the river before we reached our pier.
The warehouses are about 200m to 300m away from the pier..... several rows of them. The one we entered was smack in the middle of a row...... which I think was the rear door of the warehouse. Because when we left the place...... I saw several cars parked in the large open space outside the main door.... including some Alphards which were used for transporting guests to the main road outside.
The journey out to the main road was about 10 mins and had some turns along the route past several clusters of houses. Near the junction to the main road was a 7-Eleven store and a motorsai taxi station. We made a left turn and about 300m further down was a row of street food stalls which was where we alighted.
There was a petrol station across on the other side of the road (dual carriageway) where the hawkers told us told to use the toilet there when we asked.

See if you can figure out the exact location and give us a fix.

more questions.
1. Did you see any sign of a hospital? or Temple?
2. I assume when you got off the boat, the pier was to the left side of the boat? (from the direction the boat is moving)
3. Did you come across any mall while in the boat? Like.... The Mall Bangkapi?
4. Do you remember any sign of the pier name? like "Wat" something something?
5. About that petrol station you saw after leaving. What brand was that petrol station? PTT? Bangchak? or a non thai brand?
6. When did this take place? Just month & year will do.

Lap dance is 100b for 10mins. The girl is usually in bikini and will remove her top while doing the lapdance. Up to you to "play" her body to your hearts content. After the lapdance she will ask whether you want her to sit with you. 130b for each hour.....no need to buy LDs as she will share your bottle of beer.
If you dun want her to sit just tell her..... and another girl will come to do lapdance.
Cycle repeats until you settle on a girl to sit with you.
Their main income is from getting you to bring them for ST or LT.
2.5K for ST all-in..... dun be con by the captain or cashier asking for another 300-500b for room charge. It is already included in the 2.5K fee.
ST is done in the rooms nearby only.... cannot bring back hotel.
LT can bring girl back to hotel.... the ktv will usually charge you 6K all in but the girl normally dun like you to book them LT at the KTV.... coz they only get 3K from the 6K you paid. Most of them prefer you to arrange LT with them after their working hrs. This way they get to keep the full amount and usually will quote you a lower price than the 6K which the KTV charges. I normally bargain to 4K and if they stay for lunch next day... I give tip 1K.
No tips if they leave in the morning.
