Eh, the FL are not regulated and don’t have to go for checks. They are freelance ladies and operates in hotels or condo or spa, and therefore not regulated.
If From PRC, Cost more than what you stated. I am not sure of the other FL pricing.
If you referring to the legalized Geylang Working ladies WL , then it is not true, as all legal regulated joints are closed due to Covid. Sad conclusion — sometimes maids to some bros are good avenues, as long as don’t pay too much

Well, the ladies offering service around L16, they seems to be allowed doing there business there, at least the once offering almost every day. When asking them for police checks and health checks they mostly say: yes/yes. That's my source I have.
