Hmmm... Ok. If you stand in front of Universal (it's located at left most end of the row right behind s piece hotel)start walking to the right downhill. You will see at the corner of the second row of shops a car wash shop. Next to it it's like a workshop for bikes. Now look up and see signboard in green.
