If the girl is posing for the photographer, like some of them especially those in JAV, it is not an offence and the girl is a willing party. However, possession of such material here, constitute to an offence and can be charge for possession of pornography materials.

All of us have our own fetishes, if those who find the postings are offensive, then please do not come to this thread. What you like may not be what other like and what other like might not be what you like. We should not impose our views onto others and vice versa.

As for those who take this type of risks and who has interest of taking such photography, you will have to answer for your actions if you are apprehended one day. Please remember that "Ignorance of The Law Is Not A Mitigation Factor!!!".

3. If we did took the pictures but not caught red handed, meaning we still have those pics in our HP and computer. What could the authority do to us?

"I am going to kill you" - Criminal Intimidation

Criminal intimidation Sec 503 Cap 224
Whoever threatens another with any injury to his person, reputation or property, or to the person or reputation of any one in whom that person is interested, with intent to cause alarm to that person, or to cause that person to do any act which he is not legally bound to do, or to omit to do any act which that person is legally entitled to do, as the means of avoiding the execution of such threat, commits criminal intimidation.

Explanation.
A threat to injure the reputation of any deceased person in whom the person threatened is interested, is within this section.

Illustration
A, for the purpose of inducing B to desist from prosecuting a civil suit, threatens to burn B’s house. A is guilty of criminal intimidation.

Punishment for criminal intimidation. If threat is to cause death or grievous hurt, etc. Sec 506 Cap 224
Whoever commits the offence of criminal intimidation shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 2 years, or with fine, or with both; and if the threat is to cause death or grievous hurt, or to cause the destruction of any property by fire, or to cause an offence punishable with death or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 7 years or more, or impute unchastity to a woman, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 7 years, or with fine, or with both.

Criminal intimidation by an anonymous communication Sec 507 Cap 224
Whoever commits the offence of criminal intimidation by an anonymous communication, or by having taken precautions to conceal the name or abode of the person from whom the threat comes, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 2 years, in addition to the punishment provided for the offence by section 506

As for slander, you must have at least some reputation in the Real World. For e.g if you are the CEO of a MNC, the remark or accusation that he made, have impact on your integrity and your reputation.

Defamation Sec 499 Cap 224
Whoever, by words either spoken or intended to be read, or by signs, or by visible representations, makes or publishes any imputation concerning any person, intending to harm, or knowing or having reason to believe that such imputation will harm, the reputation of such person, is said, except in the cases hereinafter excepted, to defame that person.

Explanation 1.
It may amount to defamation to impute anything to a deceased person, if the imputation would harm the reputation of that person if living, and is intended to be hurtful to the feelings of his family or other near relatives.

Explanation 2.
It may amount to defamation to make an imputation concerning a company, or an association or collection of persons as such.

Explanation 3.
No imputation is said to harm a person’s reputation, unless that imputation directly or indirectly, in the estimation of others, lowers the moral or intellectual character of that person, or lowers the character of that person in respect of his caste or of his calling, or lowers the credit of that person, or causes it to be believed that the body of that person is in a loathsome state, or in a state generally considered as disgraceful.

Illustrations
(a) A says, “ Z is an honest man; he never stole B’s watch”, intending to cause it to be believed that Z did steal B’s watch. This is defamation, unless it falls within one of the exceptions.

(b) A is asked who stole B’s watch. A points to Z, intending to cause it to be believed that Z stole B’s watch. This is defamation, unless it falls within one of the exceptions.

(c) A draws a picture of Z running away with B’s watch, intending it to be believed that Z stole B’s watch. This is defamation, unless it falls within one of the exceptions.

Punishment for defamation Sec 500 Cap 224
Whoever defames another shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 2 years, or with fine, or with both.

Whoever abets any offence shall, if the act abetted is committed in consequence of the abetment, and no express provision is made by this Code for the punishment of such abetment, be punished with the punishment provided for the offence.

Liability of abettor when one act is abetted and a different act is done Sec 111 Cap 224
When an act is abetted and a different act is done, the abettor is liable for the act done, in the same manner, and to the same extent, as if he had directly abetted it:

Provided the act done was a probable consequence of the abetment, and was committed under the influence of the instigation, or with the aid or in pursuance of the conspiracy which constituted the abetment.

My advice is that unless you have at least a diploma or a U degree, you are better off somewhere else. Unless you want to be in the rank of Jr Officer throughout your career. You can asked those whom are or were in the Force before. There are a few Samsters (Their nicks which I cannot reveal) here whom I know who are from or formerly from the Force. All of them are quite unhappy.

What you friend did is against the Law and abuse of his authority. He had sold his integrity for some cheap cigarettes. I would not be surprise if he goes on and become a corrupt officer. He is a disgrace to the good name of our Police Force :mad:

"O" Level - Direct Cpl rank.....Likely posted to Land Divisions, NPC, NPP. up to the rank of S/S/Sgt or Jr SI

Diploma/ 'A' Level - Direct Sgt...Likely posted to Land Divisions, NPC, NPP for experience and be posted to be IO/Detective if performance is good. Up to the rank of SI or Insp(Depending on performances & whether you went for further studies)

Aiyoh if a police officer do not have sufficient knowledge of the law, how can he enforce it right? He would not know if the person had committed an offence or not meh and whether the person can be arrested for the offence or not. If later, you wrongfully arrest that person, he counter sue you for wrongful arrest like that how? :D

All police officers undergoes a 6 mth training in the Police Academy where he is taught the Laws of SG. If you are an IO, you would be more versed in it as you will have to decide based on evidence, statements, etc to charge the perosn under what section of the law.
