The purchase agreement comes under Myanmar’s Ministry of Electric Power (MOEP) of the build-own-transfer arrangement for the project. Uncle Sam is concerned that the Commies PRCs have too much hold over the Burmese Junta yet want to sarpok the new Jane Austen inspired Burma Imperial Court.
