Missed this and saw only now, am in Taipei since Monday and has been moving around Brass Monkey and Carnegies last 2 days, but those fishes only keen on foreign baits, politely shying away.....shiiit!

I am staying at San Want Hotel at Zhong Xiao Road. If you guys are interested to hang out tonite, call me at 2772-2121 room 1101. There is a sauna at holiday inn that I am interested to try. Was in Carnegies yesterday from about 10-11 but was surprised that the place was pretty dead. Quality of the ladies were 6-6.5 with a couple of aunties thrown in. Cover charge was 300 for standard drink. For the uninitiated, Carnegies is behind Far Eastern Hotel (Shangrila) on AnHe Road. You just walk about 50m north along the road and you can miss it.

After that went to look for The Bed which was just around the corner from Carnegies. Actually it is at the cross junction where Carnegies is heading East or right turn if you are coming from Far Eastern. Dint see the place being packed so turned and went.

Next place was Bliss. Its really is a small place beside an alley at 148 Xin Yi Road Sec 4. Dint go in too cos it was dead.

Last place was Plush which is on the 12th Floor of a building at 138 BaDe Road Sec 4. The place was more happening with younger crowd but still was surprised that it wasnt packing cos it was a holiday eve. The cover charge was 500 for std drink and 250 for subsequent drink. The dance floor is circular in the centre with 2 raised small circular dance "cage" at the 2 opp ends of the dance floor. Saw 2 SYTs went up on each side cage to shake their booties.

Cor - located at the basement. If you walk from Asia World towards the west, it is actually just beside Cash Box KTV. entry price was 500 but the refill is free. There is quite a list of drinks that you can order but I was having long island so you can imagine the buzz. The crowd is very young with probably 18 yo onwards and the place opens at 10pm. It is a small place and plays hip-hop music. The crowd probably started coming in around mid-night and I must say the Taiwan girls really dress to kill.

Luxy - located at 5th floor on 201 Zhong Xiao East Road Sec 4. It is actually just beside the California fitness. The entry is at the ground floor with a dedicated lift to the 5th floor. Entry is 600 on Wed (ladies nite and Thu is 400). The whiskey coke was going for 200 for 2 glasses. Cash only and credit card only for purchases in excess of 3,000. This place is a disco and it was really packing it in. Lots of SYTs to look at and like I said, Taiwan girls really dress to kill. Better choices of eye candies too given the big crowd.

If you are looking for a sure thing in Taipei, the sauna is not bad...comparable to Dragon Spa.

Venue: Asia World Mall 15th Floor

Face: saw 2 and I would rate 7-7.5
Service: 7.5 cos BJ

After your sauna (interesting cos everyone at the sauna area walks around naked unlike in Sing where you wear shorts or wrap a towel), you head into the lounge and a lady would approach you. Follow her upstairs and there is a door (like a secret compartment) that opens from the wall when pushed.

Enter the door and you will be in another area where the rooms are located. Rooms are small with a massage table, shower, no mirrors. Time is around 50mins. Next time wouldn't waste time to let them massage me for too long and just get down to business. 1st time green horn.

Met up with the 2 bros here in Brass Monkey along 166 Fu Shing N Road. Its about 10mins walk from the junction of Nanjing East Road Sec 3 and Fu Shing N Road.

It was ladies night on Thur at the Brass Monkey so girls get to drink free but only one choice of drink. Paid 150 for a btl of Heineken and they serve a bucket of 5 beers of any choice at 650. Decor is a bit like a small scale Hard Rock in Sing with the checkered floor tiles, dining booths lining the wall, small round tables with high stools near the entrance, and a pool and football table at the end.

The place quickly packed it in from 10pm onwards and it was pretty crowded on the dance floor before 12. I would say that the collection of girls and guys are about even. I see more angmos here (dint stay long enough at Carnegies to compare) and the girls are generally better at speaking English, friendly too. Not necessary a 100% scoring ground but if you are friendly, not that bad looking, you might have a higher success rate cos some of the ang mos there are with pot bellies.

Definitely a place to come, relax, make a few friends, good eye candies with average age around 26-28 yo. Wouldnt make one of the bros feel like uncle compared to Cor or even Luxy.

If you travel there long enough, you might make some friends that can develop into pretty interesting results....just my humble opinion.
