Still, the FCF offers more help to firms who are open to hiring qualified Singaporeans and hinders firms who try to bypass qualified Singaporean candidates in favour of biased placement of foreigners."
I can't agree more. If Singaporeans are good, they will be hired based on merit. Fair Consideration Framework helps put Singaporeans out there and acts as a bridge for companies who are receptive to hiring locals. Those who are found out for hiring in favour of foreign workers, beware.
