Aight my bradders..me a usual player in Balai n TP but then me grew tired of this 2 places and wanna try Batam...Any bradders here can at least give me an overview on the goings in Batam...

1)Which hotel is suitable if i wanna enjoy the night life,massage and suchs.
2)Should i book the hotel online or at the Ferry Terminal?
3)Should i get a driver{Supir} to drive me n my kakis around.
4)shouls i go for the karaoke gerls or should i go for FL at the discos?
5)Booking normally how much?
6)Discos..which one is good?

I am not a Batam expert so dun take my word as the gospel truth. Tastes and comfort levels also differ from person to person.

Hotels

1. Novotel (http://www.asiatraveltips.com/NovotelHotelBatam.htm) as it is right opposite Pacific Disoc (best place to pick up FLs).

2. Island Garden Hotel as its 2nd level pub has the best-dressed lookers who come in at 7pm onwards. All ladies priced at 500k here without taxi commission as not entertained by owners.

3. Formosa (http://www.formosahotel.com) as it is centrally located in NED. Lots of KTVs in walking distance.


Hotel Booking at Ferry Terminal

KAHA Travel desk - at arrivals in Batam Center - offers good Net rates for Novotel and Melia Panorama (355K Rup single and 385k double (2 breakfasts) = approx S$70.


Driver

No need driver if you know the location and stay at the right hotel. The drivers also earn commission from most of the KTV joints which is added to your booking fees. Save your money for better things.


KTV or FL

Some like to window shop, some like to hunt. Choose what suits you. But remember to lock your valuables and dun let a FL stay overnight as some are known to commit theft.

The price to bonk disco ladies should be 100-150k ST and 250-350k LT.


Booking Fees

For KTV girls, it all depends. Without taxi commission, 220k onwards for the lower end ones. On the higher end, prices at Titanic KTV at the Oasis Hotel are 280k, 320k and 450k (without taxi commission) depending on the girls concerned and they are open from 2-6pm and from 8pm onwards.

Try 0778 457500 for Island Garden. Rates should be the same as Island View as they are sister hotels and similar class and quality.


Location wise, Island View is in Jodoh directly next to Planet Holiday Hotel.

Island Garden is in Penuin next to Top 100 quite a distance from each other!

From the Island Garden Hotel, you only have within walking distance the following:

1) Island Garden KTV on Level II itself,
This booking joint only operates from 7pm, girls at 500k, not taxi commissions paid. Overall Quality is one of the best in Batam.

2) Dui Crown Pub which is directly opposite the Top 100 - open around 11am or 12 am. Quality is ok but you have to go early esp on Fridays and Saturdays.

Island View Hotel

Walking distance to : Planet Disco and Disco KTV right next door. Planet KTV is only open after 7pm - booking of girls from 300k, no taxi commission. Mami Lihun is the one Tel:+62 813 4683229

Walking distance (about half a kilometre) to all the places behind Goodway Hotel which includes Sedona Country, Orchid 99, Jungle Minda, Brittanic and Dynasty.

Oasis Hotel's Titanic is a long walk away - at least one kilometre (best take ojek)

Opposite across the road from Planet Hotel in the areas around the front of Melia Panorama are Rio Rita, Memori, Apollo and PP Banana (above Lucy's Tavern) - all about 700 metres away from Island View Hotel

Also NoName KTV (in Harmoni Hotel) open in evening only - this to be checked out - 500k for bookings ;

Goodway Hotel's Miyabe - 500k for bookings

Where prices have not been mentioned, it would be the regular prices of 200-220k without taxi and 280 - 320 with taxi commission.
Titanic has 3 tier prices as mentioned earlier (by one of brothers here) and Brittanic has 2-tier pricing same as Titanic without the 450k tier.

I used to cheong JB with S$100 - by bus and taking up a full package at HC.
Can it be done with this amount at Batam for a day trip.

Many years no go Batam aredi, and my calculations upside down liao. Please
advise.

A fren just call & provide me another alternative:
1. Join the 1 day trip to Batam at $33 with Lunch provided.
2. Dun follow the itinenary, after Lunch go your way to HC and join back
before departure time.

So, any recommendation for HC there with facilities and ST. Advise me on the cost, thanks.

I think Bro that is good but dunno whether 100 is enough for the whole trip n also u got to searched the HC there...normlly most of the bros here go there book gers either ST or LT one....but if u wans it different then pls try la...as long happy can liao...Cheers
