Hi I been to batam few times.cheap hotel sentosa.Good gals hollywood sentosa.i maybe going on 19-21.not confirm.batam is a good place :-)

hey, me been there twice but still as clueless...i normally stay at island view,would like to go pacific/planet disco to find ceweks coz i find booking joint gals cant made the grade leh...maybe all good ones pre-booked by their regulars liao..but if you dun mind another slightly, a little more experience newbie to join you during week ends, then pm me ok?

Bro there is a fish tank sumwhere near the matahari supermarket...bout 1min walk its opp a ktv and the hotel just beside the supermarket cant remember the name....on top 4th floor also have....u can check it out...

The hotel beside Matahari is Formosa hotel. Karaoke at 4 floor is Ah Li Shan. Last time use to have good cewek down there but seem like standard drop liao nowadays. Cost of cewek is quite reasonable lah. When I go in, I always stay at Formosa because Ktv just upstairs, supermarket beside. Jackpot below. Save taxi money.

This Saturday is likely to be BAD as many night places e.g. may not be allowed to open (last 5 days end of Ramadan). Last year they closed for 5 days at the end of Ramadan. Better to check on this first.

The best ferry is Wavemaster but they only go to Batam Centre. Penguin goes to more ports and this is sometimes a useful alternative if you golf.

Taxi driver are always irritating in cities that you are not familiar with and Batam is no exception. The more you know, the less they can irritate you.

In fact, if you know what you are doing, you get to "irritate" them by telling that where you want to go at what price you are willing to pay.

You can also make sure they don't earn commission out of you and still get what you want! (here I am talking about ceweks of course).

Penguin ferry is comfortable. Cityview is a nice hotel. formosa is more comfortable. I find good service from these cewek places, hollywood, lois pub, sensasi. 280000rp with taxi driver commision.

better to go after ramadan. always use a condom.

Batam still as messy as ever... after 3.5 years still the same shit except ferry terminal.....this place is timeless.....

oh I was asking the price for formosa hotel standard room
maybe will stay there the next trip..

Formosa std room is $60 for weekday and $70 for weekend. Inclusive of 2 person breakfast. Room is nice. Very convenient if you just roam around matahari and ktv just upstairs only. Save money on taxi fare.

Rp10-20K .... after mid-nite might be Rp20-25K
