Rental of Room to FL Ladies

My friend is asking me for my opinion. He plans to rent a room to a PRC WL/FL as he is staying alone. I don't think that it is a good idea. What do you samster think?

Bro, your frd must be thinking of getting an easy or quick bonk, but seriously I think it is unecessary trouble. Had a friend in a similar situation, decided to go ahead and the FL started to take people home, not working at home but possibly customers.

Better to keep away.

Stay out of trouble ! And people who are in prostitute do carry some frm of bad luck, which any sound-minded person would not wanna invite into the house.

Not a good idea. You can never know if she is gonna be a over-stayer in time to come even if she has the proper papers now.

Next, what if she quietly brings her customers home when you are not in? You can never tell who these people can be.

i thk yr fren muz b thinkg of somethg funny, like bros said a possible r'ship with d FL, followed by free bonks or mayb even installing video cam in d house. i thk many bros will have similar fantasies, so dun worry yr fren is normal.

if yr fren insist, i sugg he make some kinda house rules, like forbidding visitors. nowadays landlords always impose this rules on foreign gals. which is y, when u always try yr luck askin d PRC or Viet FL if u can go to her house she will always turn down with flat NO. i think d landlords probably imposed fines or threaten to terminate their rentals with no refunds if kena caught.

Frankly, i think is too risky. The whole unit might be confiscated if she is caught. Better ask him find out more on HDB rental rules

is your friend doing this for purely money reason or in the hopes of getting some extra?

if money, its ok
if extra is no ok.

anyway FLs are still human and they need a plce to stay. ask him to check if she is legal staying in singapore and tell her that one rule: NO HOUSECALL.

Not really a good idea...cos he may enjoys the convenience of a few whores living under one roof. Your friend could end up not receiving any rental from them every month

and a host of other problems which may arise which other bros have mentioned.

Some WL/FL are nice ladies. They are working because of financial problem and they don't really mean any harm. However, we may not know. Anyway, to avoid complication, the answer is NO. If end of the day, the decision is to go ahead, then like bro owen10 says, lay out some house rules. I knew of some PR WL renting rooms too without problem.
