Don’t be paiseh. It’s a very normal problem. I have the same issue as well. Not sure its the same for you but for me, its the pressure to perform when doing with your wife/gf as you don’t want to make them feel disappointed. That is the ugly truth of all long term relationship. I had reduced from 5 times a day to current over a course of two years. Marriage based on sex alone is crippling. So unless can really enjoy the bliss of being just side by side. i agree with abstaining from porn and pcc. also must watch stress level and general health
