Statistics can be presented different in different hands. 6 in 10 hirers will hire mid-management employees sound so positive! What a heartwarming title.

But in the same article, only 36% of employers are hiring more. (So are the remaining 2/3 gonna retrench or freeze headcount?)
Of which, 60% of the 36% will hire mid-management employees

It means that just merely 21.6% of all companies will look for mid-management employees in 2017. Of the 21.6%, how many will recruit top S-pass holders from PRC or Incredible India?

Isn't this more like unhealthy for a typical year? What is there to cheer?
