What are "market" rates in Singapore?

I've visited Geyleng and a few Freelancers already, and a couple of health centers, but I'm wondering what "market rates" are, specifically for HJ with full roaming, I've seen a full people mention $50, is that just tip or all-inclusive?

Most spas/accupressure places/health centers seem to charge $40/ hour just for a massage, what do people tip on top of that for HJ with full roaming.

I'm also seen market rate of $100 - $120 for full service (FJ), is that right, I assume that is with a free-lancer so that includes visit + room?

My mistake, the cheapest spa's I've seen are 50/hour - like Rose Spa and Spa 9 are $50 / hour

In chinatown, e.g. new bridge road and also on tajang pajar drive, I've seen small health centers on the 2nd floor that are $40/hour for massage.

In Geylang I believe massages are $40/hour at most? But that is too far for me to go to.

Newspaper reporter, too funny! I've love to do a study, but now I'm going to stick to FL's. Going to a spa seems like it will be too much hit or miss.

Paid a FL $100 today for a 60 minute massage with full roaming, HJ, some extras but no BJ or painting. Her ad & reviews on SGRelax seemed a little misleading, but overall I was still happy with the service. But I think I can get more for my money.

Not sure if I would try SGRelax again, because both the ad and the reviews were misleading.

I have looked at the new advertisements, most were 90 - 100 for 60 minutes, HJ with full roaming but no FJ, BBBJ, etc. for more services, rates were 110 - 130.

I think it is pretty easy here to figure out "market rates". But in the "don't spoil the market" thread, a couple posters kept saying not to pay over 50 for HJ with roaming, which I assuming he was talking about a ML in a spa where he already paid a 50 - 60 SGD fee for the 60 minute massage, making his recommendation not to pay more that 100 - 110 *total*, but it was unclear. I was simply asking for clarity. Personally I've had bad luck in the "spas" but better luck a couple years ago in the "health centers" in chinatown.
