watch less porn. Try using a thinner condom for a start. You can get those super thin ones and tell the lady that you got your own condom.

What you mentioned are all common signs of early onset of ED which occurs with age. How old are you? For some people, it starts as early as in late 30s, and some only see it happening in their 40s and beyond.

Your worry about being able to stay hard is going to be a self-fulfilling prophecy - the stress is going to keep you soft

As another poster suggested, go and get some ED med but since your first time try, don't use entire pill, go with quarter or half and you need not worry about being ready for action.
