How to stop Ml addiction

Ive been 'cheonging' since almost 15 years now and its becoming worse..... Last time no job, army, study etc so money a bit limited. Now i have a steady job, 20k plus a month and i saved up alot, so money no issue really can cheong as much as possible if i wanted to. I lived in China and 1 year ago found a really affordable joint with quite premium selection of MLs. This habit becoming worse..... used to be once a month, then once every two weeks and now once a week, sometimes once a week also not enuff. Any advice on how to mentally reduce this habit?

20k a month you can chiong everyday also no problem

Also as a foreigner in China, if you sway get caught cheong dirty massage, you problems will be over too, along with you. So problem solve again.

I always go around noon when there is literally no other guest. Heard from locals police usually raid at night or especially after clubbing hours. So yeah my chances of getting caught is there but very slim.
