Std test needle mark

I went for an std test(blood test) and the needle mark left a small red dot and bruising ard the site. It is quite obvious and wife might havr seen it. Any idea on how to explain it to her?

Just say you went to get a blood test for cholesterol levels or you donated blood.

So tomorrow go the doctor and ask for a blood test for cholesterol so you can actually produce the results.

i got fren mid 30s. no smoke, rarely drinks alcohol, ideal BMI. suddenly suffered minor stroke 2 times within a month. he didnt get regularly tested before.
