Hey Bros. Just posted to Taiwan and will be stationed there permanently for 2 years in TaiChung. Will be going over there on 16/02/2004.
Saw from a thread last year some bros posted tips on Taipei, but cant reply that thread anymore. Perhaps, we can re-start the thread here again. I going there alone and living alone  Any tips to share on TaiChung? (some bro mentioned they have exp in TaiChung)

Bro,
I was in Taichung last year, there are many places of vice activities compared to TPE. I was brought around by locals, so did not catch the names of the places. Anyways, there are many KTVs, massages places, maybe you can check out local papers or the local TW websites. Good luck. As for TPE, recently found a great joint where gers stripped down, and play many games! Need info, pm.

I work at Wuchi Town in TaiChung. So far I noticed the University gals are quite pretty, but they are always together with guys ...
I work in an taiwanese electronic components company (capacitors and LEDs) conducting sales and marketing worldwide, so I'm only in Taiwan for about 1-2 weeks a month ... but company gave me a car and apartment anyway .. Drove around but not familiar with place, but apparently didn't see any massage or KTV .. guess I'm not in the right place yet Anybody bros wanna meet up? can email me at [email protected]

In taichung for quite a while already... Happening place in town will be the pig pen (good disco with a few sluggie gals) along the Wen Hui road. Quite a lot of KTV along along there also.

Tai chung is definitely better than taipei in terms of "fun" availability.
If u want fun, i suggest u go to the discos. All u had to do is to flash a bit of ur English and they would think ur an ABC or expat. Plenty of opportunities will come 1. GT a few shares during my 3 months stint in xin chu during my overseas assignment.

For cheonging in Taiwan, there are many sources of information can obtain from:
1. Daily Chinese Newspaper in Taiwan - a lot of advertisement on ONS and FL with HP contacts by town - Taipei, TaiChung, Tainan, Kaoshiong etc. 2. Internet - let me get the thread out and re-posted it in this thread. But rather expensive, minmum 5k to 10 K NT. Even Hair Dressing Saloon for FJ will cost you at lest 3k onwards.
