Soul Searching in Thailand
Gooday everyone.
I am planning a trip down to Bangkok come this Dec 28 /04. This will be the first time i will be going to Thailand. I have travelled to the riau islands before ( aka Batam / Tg Batu / Tg Pinang ) But, i wish to discover Thailand by enjoying its nightlife and also it's spiritual side. I humbly seek any fellow brothers here is this forum for your assistance and info on where's the best place to stay and also if there are any trust worthy guides to show me around. Any fellow brothers who are also going down are welcome to join me in this trip. My goal is to enjoy myself, do some soul searching and enjoy the New Year in Thailand. So sorry, been very busy so couldn't return ur post. There are a few areas that you can go to in bangkok that is pretty interesting. - Catch movies at the local cinema (MBK is one good place) - Go bowling at a funky bowling centre (RCA) - While you are at RCA can check out the nice pubs / dining places around the area. Normally evening time would be better. - Gentleman Clubs (eg. Forte) where u can buy girls drinks and they spend time with you... not cheap. Q bar is not too bad also. Interesting place. - Shower Houses (MP) check my thread for more info - Food. This is something quite erm... how do i say?.... subjective.... I kinda like eating at all kinds of places... so there's no ONE that I really like... you can always try Hway Kwang for local delicacies.. -Brew Pavillion, located next to Siam Jusco is another nice place to hang out. -For cheap and not too bad massage go to Nadia's 240baht for 2 hour massage. choose the older girls.. normally the massage is better I don't know how to help u also. ask the brudders. siamcutey can help u... heh heh... any bro with the nick siam or tirak and thai sure can help... ha ha ha...

concept of pump up is like that of a petrol station. there are even pump stations where u fill up your car tank. the interesting concept is that there is a bevy of scantily clad ladies waiting to wash your car on stage... quite interesting... band is quite good and liquor is cheap.
