The source of those videos are rather doubtful, given the reputation of the contributor who seems like one seeking attention.

Moreover, the postings made by the same contributor in another sub-forum have not been well received.

Particularly on the authenticity / originality of the videos and pictures, which are likely copied from elsewhere.

I would just take it with a pinch of salt and viewed it as entertainment.

For someone who might not have fully experienced the nightlife in Hatyai or other parts of ASEAN, it is rather amusing to see what postings he has come up with.

I have not been to the pub but I had tried at least 3 restaurants by the beach. Price-wise is ok. For 2 people with 1 whole fish, vegetable, chicken and shellfood, the bill worked out to SGD$40 approximately. Ok by my budget. Seafood is fresh.
