I have been keeping in touch via Wechat with my previous contacts collected from past visits.
A few are still on vacation. Others are still at home in their respective provinces. Some have moved on to Foshan.
Most of them are pretty short on cash and kept asking when I was going over to China. They said they would meet me WHERE EVER I want!
Since my next trip is still a month away, I didn't ask abt their rates. But from the perceived "tone" of the messages, they are pretty desperate and might be negotiable. However, I do want to point out that I did promise to book them for between 2 to 4 days. from that angle, I reckon, a bulk discount might be possible.
OK... I also just got back from CP on a R&R trip (Apr 4 - Apr 8). Here's my experience and thought I share:
As wizard69 said, CP is very tame now. I stayed at Miraton and morning breakfast time, I didn't see any meimei w/ their "honey" no more. If any couples, they are legit, and you can tell.
On Fri night (4/4) , I went w/ 2 other friends from HK. My friend had "prearranged" ex-KTV girls and went to a family karaoke (cheap by CP means) -- Yin Yue Long, just corner to PZL. Girls showed up more as "friends introducing friends" style, and sang for about 1hr and gong-an (GA) came and did their check outs. Girls had to run to the restroom when the warning came. GA just ask girls what they are doing, etc... nothing to worry. GA didn't ask us, as we all just having good old family fun karaoke... we all had our pants on :-) Half-an hour later, another group of GA came and checked again and kind of ruined the whole atmosphere, so we decided to bail the place. So, the previous agreed rules of engagement was ST RMB900 (200 to agent and 700 to girl) and some girls might do O/N, but with the GA out, no girl was in the mood. I felt the urge to release one-load, so arranged so that I go up my room alone first followed by girl in 5-10min later. One-shot (wham-bang thank you mam) and girl left. It was more of the HK 141 style I guess... My friends didn't like the girls they had, so seating fee at RMB400 and they all went drinking at agent's apt. I decided to go PZL to rest up my feet.
This is around 12:30 mid-nite. I got a normal looking footie girl and got info that PZL no longer do body msg in private room and no more shorts changing. The shower is also closed for now. I did one session and promised to come back next day and next until I left town. I also bought VIP RMB1,000 w/ the usual vouchers except the body massage voucher can be used for yang-shen footie instead. And yes, some other members already mentioned the special of 3-session and you get one session voucher free, but the catch is you have to come before 18:00. PZL was not crowded compared to the wild roaring days. But I did see they were hiring people back, as the next day I saw some PZL manager showing a group of new trainees.
Next day, since my friend didn't get his release and I had kept in contact w/ ex-Lucky mgr, so arranged for a "delivery". Again, picked through girls via WeChat and voila... girls showed up at appointed time, except he mixed up my girl w/ my friend's. It was a similar experience to Lucky except no water bed and none of the toys, etc. Yes, you get 2 shots and the whole ISO experience if you ask the girl to do the menu thing. The girl I picked was short and petit but very GF feel. At first she kept taking pictures of her self, but I guess we were in this awkward situation... girl not in their home field. After a bit of chit-chat, she relaxed a bit and I gave her a bit of massage to relax her. The session was definitely better than ex-KTV deal. The damage was RMB900 and paid to agent first in this setup. I am not sure the split w/ girl. Anyways.... capitalism is still being practice very well here and a new business model is in action.
I kept things low-profile and didn't see any GA in lobby or floors. I also didn't walk around w/ girls to avoid attention.
Sunday (4/6), I kept it to a real R&R at PZL... in and out through the day... 2 sessions here and 2 sessions there. I did notice a cutie the other day and noted her number, so picked her for one of the sessions. She had a bit of attitude problem at first and she kept saying she wanted to buy an apt in the future. I started to teach her a bit about what I know about mortgage and her attitude changed to wating to learn more. Anyways, my 2hr session ended and she had another customer waiting, so I went back to the hotel to take a break from footie... I mean how many hrs of footie can a guy get in a day... We exchanged WeChat ID and after that she kept pestering me to go back. I did try to get her out to "earn" some extra $$$, but she didn't bite.
On Monday, I called the ex-Lucky SN gl to come over for a private session. She came over at appointed time and this time around she felt more comfortable... almost like GF... I was going to try for O/N but PZL gls kept WeChat me to go over at night. I felt bad and since I had my release for the day, I went over to see my PZL gls ;-)
Overall, for me, I kept it low-profile to avoid attention. I thought I should share the latest experience and situation in CP.
So, for those who love PZL, it's easy to get a seat now and soon more girls will start to work soon. Oh... you know that wall of girls pictures in PZL... that's gone. So, best way to catch is note their tag # when walking around hallways :-)

Actually you can still use the computer kiosk at PZL to select the girls you want, they are located nearby the cashier. PZL kinda sucks now though, no shorts, can't shower, can't overnight, no massage and even the footie has reduced services.
Since your previous mei mei is desperate then why should you pay for a higher rate.
Pay the same rate as what you paid previously for their service.
