Just came back from CP.

1. No KTV's open (except family ones)

2. Clubs like Cali and Mango biz as usual. Guy to girl ratio about 3-1 though. Opening hours for the Clubs are now strictly till 2am only.

3. GA never stopped mm going up to room alone or with guy. Still see many guys going up with MM. Of course less compared to old time, but still have.

4. Talked to some foreigners there. They don't know of anyone personally who kena hotel checked. All are 3rd or 4th hand accounts.

5. Mayflower held staff meeting on Sun which included the DJs. Mgmt told staff to report for work on 1st Apr. I bet with the DJ that they won't open! Or open with only DJs and no mms' (see point 6)

6. The rumour about KTV's needing to get rid of their en-suite toilet might be false. Can anyone here state their source? Seems like all 3rd 4th hand accounts. One of my ex-DJs is now working in QiShi Zhen next to CP. The hotel KTV is operating with DJs. Just no mm. Bring-your-own.

7. CP feels damn booooring without the roaring KTVs. Will not go again unless things get back to at least half normal. Even with a KC, its boring without buddies and drinking at KTV and disturbing your buddies mm etc etc and walking the flower street....
