Better to stay sihanoukville becoz it has many pubs. VICTORY hill hv many pubs n guesthouse. Avg cost of guesthse from usd15 onwards. Ladies drinks cost usd3.50, personal beer usd1. Many pretty n young gals in pub, overnight usd40 plus usd10 barfine. Gals r friendly.

In sihanouk, there many casinos, u can just walk in n hv yr free meal.

Yes. I was asked to pay usd 30 barfine on 10jan2016 too. But my friends took the offer. I rejected it and looked for other gal at other pub. Charged Usd 5 for LD but not paid by me.

In cambodia, in every price that they quote, irregardless of any items or services, one must always bargain. They will quote rediculously high, just trying their luck, and u must bargain all d way down. Theres no such thing as "this is d price for chinese new yr", they r just trying their luck.
