The MILF may be hot but she doesn't seem to be very smart. If the woman is already living a separate life it is best to file for a divorce. Many things are complicated if the milf chooses to stay married even if it is in name only. I can give some examples:

1. Children within a marriage that has not been dissolved are considered as jointly shared between the parents. So the husband can take away the child without her knowledge and the police are powerless to stop him, even if he wants to bring the child outside of Singapore without her consent

2. Joint accounts usually have the right of survivorship, so any monies parked in the joint account becomes her husband's if she dies suddenly

3. Medical decisions /consent that needs to be taken during an emergency can be done via a parent or the husband. So if you, as the MILF's fuck buddy are powerless in situations where the doctor needs consent from a family member for a decision.

Please ask her to reconsider. Leaving things hanging is like like this is a time bomb, no other way to say it

She alr requested for divorce long ago but the husband refuses. Only after he find a fb for himself then he agreed to sign the papers but he still tried to delay the court hearing... They got no joint acc and sold off their matrimonial asset and alr agree for child custody agreement. Seem like the only problem he dont want to give alimony at all.

The husband got no interest at raising the child at all but of cos sg law will have joint custody

If the matrimonial assets are already sold and no explicit alimony clause in the divorce agreement then he will not need to pay a cent. At least in the eyes of the law that is how things are decided.

When I divorced my wife, I didn't give her a single cent either and we split matrimonial assets in the exact proportion relative to our contributions. Not a cent more. The children are with me.

So perhaps by not having to pay any alimony there is more than meets the eye

All women will yearn for companionship and will happily trade sex for it. Especially those who has been married before.
