Man, usually because of greed, becomes unhappy 在忙碌中失去健康 Because of busyness, loses his health 在懷疑中失去信任 Because of skepticism, loses trust in others 在計較中失去友情 Because of pettiness, loses friendship. 人不争， 一身輕鬆 A person who does not quarrel or fight needlessly will feel relaxed and light-hearted 事不比，一路暢通 If you don’t always compare with others or let envy eat you up, everything will go smoothly 心不求，一生平靜 If the heart does not seek or long for more, life will be serene, will be tranquil 每個人都有自己的活法 Each person has his own way of living, his own lifestyle 没必要去複製别人的生活 There is no need to try to imitate the life of others, to keep up with the Joneses 有的人表面風光 There are people who put up a happy front 暗地里卻不知流了多少眼淚 But deep inside might have shed tons of tears 有的人看似生活窘迫 There are people who might be poor and financially hard-pressed 實際上卻過得瀟灑快活 But are actually very happy and satisfied 幸福没有標準筈案 There is no fixed or standard criterion for happiness 快樂也不止一條道路 Nor is it just a one way road 收回羡慕别人的目光 To regain the admiration of others 反觀自己的内心 Look first into your inner self 自己喜歡的曰子 The day you prefer 就是最好的日子 Is surely the best day 自己喜歡的活法 The lifestyle you like 就是最好的活法 Is definitely the best 不知不觉中， 我們漸漸老了 Consciously or Unconsciously, we are gradually getting older 累了，該歇就歇, 身體重要 Weary, rest if you need to. Your body matters 困了，該睡就睡，别總熬夜 Sleepy, then sleep if you need to. Don’t stay up late. Don’t burn the midnight oil. 餓了，該吃就吃，别再節省 Hungry, then eat all you want. Don’t scrimp or be stingy 一輩孑很短，眨眼就過完 Life is very short, it can be gone in the blink of an eye 不要把好東西留到最後 Do not leave the best things till the last 省來省去，啥都得不到 Save this, save that, in the end nothing is gained 别和小人計較 Don’t bicker or argue with people of lower stature 别和家人生氣 Do not quarrel with family 别和自己過不去 Do not harass or blame yourself 别護心情不美麗 Don’t make yourself sad or unhappy 活一天， 就開心一天 Live one day, be happy for one day 過一天，就舒服一天 Experience another day, then enjoy and be comfortable that day 破事不放心裡， Do not take trivial matters to heart 兩耳不聴碎語 Do not let your ears listen to nonsense. 😪🙏 致： 漸漸老去的我們 Send: To all Seniors like us
