Agree with bro henri2 on driving in batm.....but overall driving in batam is much safer than driving in sg or my this is just my experienced.

Been driving in batam less than 10years. Its true about the ojek , angkot and taxi drivers. there's no rules of law that will make them follow coz the law are meant to be broken....that's their excuse. Just becareful and be prepared and defensive driving is a MUST.

The roads are poorly light-up and lots of holes here and there which one must familiarized during driving in batam.

There's a saying : Siang jalan banyak lobang , malam lobang banyak jalan....meaning daytime road got many holes , nite time many holes on the road....!!!!! Just a joke for all bros ...just sharing my experienced

I need some advice from batam seniors, especially pak SBY and jogk .

I am planning to go this Sunday after 3 months hiatus, need to ask some questions?

1. Anyone wanna join me?

2. Is operations back to normal, all cewek back to duty?

3. How much taxi fare from bcs mall to lovina inn? Where to book return ferry back,is it in bcs mall or outside? First time arriving at bcs, leaving from jb.

5. For the mid range hotel, singapore $40-50, which one is clean , has a bathub and near nagoya area?

JB ferry should be in Batam Centre , taxi from Batam Centre to Lovina around RP 40,000. Always bargain .

Swiss hotel is clean but no bathtub - Pak only stays in Pasifik Palace

Just curious, how much to pay if caught such a situation. Never faced it before. The batam customs look like not interested to do any work from my observation of it last time. check my bag like cincai. Worried they take out my media player and usb and try to look in the computer.

2) i should be hanging around in nagoya area like nagoya shopping mall. which hotel is nearer to all the massages centres, discos, shopping and etc so i can minimise on taking taxi?

3) any recommendation for a spa with facial and etc?

4) i thought of going to the discos there. any gd disco to recommend preferably those with r&b music.

Wavemaster because it's nearer to Nagoya

If i where u Penuin Hotel is the best get the normal superior with 5 series room num! It's near to Shopping Malls and Markets! Budget like $50-60 u cld only get Hotel 89 with bathub!

There are many-many places to choose! The last time i when to Golden Prawn for 4 persons cost me $70. But don't pick Sri Lanka Crabs & prawns u will regret. Another is Winsor around the same but ppl normally goes there to get drunk.

Ya it's safe but not during puasa time if ur ceweks are to sexy! tickets cost 15-25k a piece.

1) hARBOUR BAY IS CLOSER TO cheonginh places.
2)Formosa is the best choice as it is at the heart of all cheonging places. Makan as well. Plenty of sex, food, and entertainment, possible to access them all by foot.
3) Eska - In Nagoya Hill. Clean massage and spa.
4) Try pacific disco. Me no cheong disco. Sorry on this.

As far as you are concern, it should not be money issue, but rather places to bring bring them to. When it comes to entertainment, money talks, not language

If they want Japanese food, try Kezu( hope I got spelling correct), which is next to hotel 888.

Another place where it serve rather good jap food is in Taman Kota Mas( Travel from Baloi towards Tiban, look on the right), there is a Jap restuarant at reasonable prices.
